UTAN Training Center
UTAN Training Center (hereinafter referred to as UTC) is a non-profit organization in the form of an institution established for realization of social, educational and cultural needs of adult population.
The main goal of the UTC activity is creation of conditions for continuing education of population based on the principles of direct participation, accessibility and transparency, creation of possibilities to involve population in the process of continuing acquiring of new knowledge and enrichment of existed one. It focuses on helping people to play active role in development of society.
UTC courses are open for everyone who wants to upgrade his/her qualification, to get additional knowledge in the frames of society, personal development and labor market in spite of sex, education, ethnical background, heritage, religion and occupation. For special marginal groups such as disabled and retired people benefits are provided.
UTC organizes courses in the frames:
* Supplementary general education: psychology of conflict solving, human rights, legislation, gender-related issues, labor safety, success in job searching.
* Supplementary professional education: computer usage skills, spoken English knowledge, national craft skills, knowledge on accounting, basis of business operation.
UTC along with public educational courses develops and improves different methods of adult population education.
The main source of financing of Utan Training Center is means received from conducted courses for population and organizations.
